Cancellations made before the scheduled session time are fully refunded. Rescheduling is offered at no additional cost, and while not required, advance notice via email is highly appreciated to help maintain smooth scheduling for all students. Sessions that are not canceled or rescheduled in advance may be subject to standard cancellation policies as outlined on the website.
