Refund Eligibility
Chrystally aims to provide a fair and transparent experience for all students. Cancellations made before the scheduled tutoring session time are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.
Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Students may reschedule a session at no additional cost. While not required, advance notice via email is highly appreciated to help maintain smooth scheduling for all clients. Sessions that are missed without prior cancellation or rescheduling may not qualify for a refund.
Payment Requirements
All tutoring sessions must be requested through the official booking form at least 24 hours before the intended meeting time. Session requests must be reviewed and approved before payment is made. Payment must be completed in full prior to the tutoring session. By booking a session, you agree to follow these payment and scheduling guidelines.
